Hi there,
I want to creat a animated photo slideshow using Power Director 8. If I use the Magic Movie Wizard the photos display and change far to quickly - If I can slow this down it would be great. Does anyone have advice?

Brent -
Are you using the slide show templates?
A couple of options:
1. Adjust the duration of the images before you create the slideshow.
or
2. After the slideshow is made (assuming there's no music attached), produce it to your preferred format, then use power tools to adjust video speed.
Cheers - Tony

Hi Tony,
Good day to you. Sorry to bother you and I am sure that this thread is quite old already but this is what I want to perform right now. I tried the first option, adjusting the duration of images before creating the slideshow, I tried to change the duration like 10 seconds but after creating the slideshow, the duration per images change to 4 seconds. Regarding the second option, what do you mean editing using power tools? Is that a third party program and free?
thanks in advance.

Hi Wiggler and Brent,
Tony....I was busy making another Tutorial Video that explains your 2nd option of using Power Tools to change the duration of a Slide Show to match a songs duration.
See if I hit it on the head.....hopefully this will be understandable.
